TetraFi is bridging institutional finance and digital asset settlement. As BD Lead, you will be responsible for driving commercial traction - identifying, qualifying, and closing institutional counterparties who need compliant OTC settlement infrastructure. You will work closely with the CEO and product team to shape go-to-market strategy and translate market feedback into product direction.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of institutional prospects including asset managers, corporate treasuries, and family offices
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for institutional settlement products
- Lead commercial negotiations and partnership structuring
- Represent TetraFi at industry events, conferences, and institutional roundtables
- Coordinate with product and engineering to translate market needs into feature priorities
- Build strategic partnerships with custodians, prime brokers, and liquidity providers
- Own revenue targets and commercial KPIs
- Produce market intelligence reports and competitive analysis
What We're Looking For
Requirements
- 7+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships within institutional finance or digital assets
- Established network across institutional crypto - asset managers, OTC desks, prime brokers, custodians
- Track record of closing enterprise-level deals in financial infrastructure
- Understanding of OTC trading workflows, settlement mechanics, and custody models
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-starter comfortable in an early-stage environment

- Experience at a digital asset exchange, custodian, or OTC desk
- Understanding of DeFi settlement and cross-chain infrastructure
- Existing relationships with compliance teams at institutional counterparties
