Liquidity you can reach.
Settlement you can govern.

One integration.

A deployment you own, the shared settlement network behind it, and one platform and integration to run both.

One console behind the desk: live exposure and treasury, counterparties and pre-trade screening, roles and audit trail, custody and API integrations.

Compliance

Composable checks, agreed by oracle consensus and enforced on the contract. Cryptographically sound, verified once, reusable everywhere.

  • Sanctions screening on both originator and beneficiary
  • Deposit wallet screening through Chainalysis KYT
  • Travel Rule under FATF Recommendation 16, validated via Notabene
  • Unhosted wallet due diligence under the EU Transfer of Funds Regulation
  • Jurisdiction policy and corridor volume caps
  • Your own custom workflow and policy enforcement on top - stricter checks, corridor blocklists, extra data
  • Run compliance workflows in shadow before bringing them live
  • Decentralised oracle consensus on the result, in the Chainlink Runtime Environment
  • Enforcement at the smart contract level, through Chainlink ACE policy contracts
  • Reusable KYB/KYC credentials, resolved to one identity on every chain through CCID

Counterparties

Choose who you face, on a deployment you own. Open by construction, deeper on the shared network, tighter on spread.

  • Your own deployment and contracts, your own roster - you decide which desks and venues it faces
  • Every counterparty you enable bids on the same request, so the spread compresses
  • Filter the directory by jurisdiction, venue kind, corridor, chain and KYB status
  • Rank counterparties on 30-day volume and fill rate, not a static profile
  • Shortlist, request onboarding, enable or pause from the same row
  • Enable venues for aggregated routing, or desks for firm RFQ - two liquidity models, one board
  • A jurisdiction guardrail blocks any counterparty that cannot serve your licence
  • Brokers manage the companies and users they serve from the same place
  • One platform, four views - company, broker, direct user and LP each see their own

Treasury

See what is held where, move it, and set who is allowed to.

  • Positions, activity, approvals, vaults and spending policy on one screen
  • Register vaults across Fireblocks, BitGo, Gnosis Safe, Ledger Enterprise and more - DFNS and Copper coming
  • Spending policy matches on who, which vault and which destination, evaluated in order
  • Transfers awaiting sign-off at your custodian, tracked in one inbox
  • Company bank accounts alongside crypto vaults
  • Whitelisted destinations per vault, as configured at the custodian
  • Embedded wallets you can offer your own end users, passkeys included, under your brand

Identity & Access

Who may do what, and the record of what they did.

  • Members, roles, groups, service accounts, API keys, audit, policies and wallet links
  • Built-in roles, plus custom roles you define
  • Service accounts for machine access, held separately from anyone's personal credentials
  • An MFA policy enforced across the workspace
  • A full audit log of workspace activity
  • Most of the console is available as an API - embed it in your own product, under your own users and authentication
TetraFi entity profile: onboarding completion, legal entity details, and backend-enforced workspace capabilities

One reusable onboarding pack

Verify your entity once. The same pack is reused to onboard every counterparty you trade with, instead of repeating it desk by desk.

  • Legal entity, beneficial owners, directors and regulatory licences, held once
  • KYB with a real renewal lifecycle, not a one-time gate
  • Documents held against per-type requirements
  • A public profile counterparties see when they assess you - you choose what it shows
  • Four capabilities enforced by the backend: request quotes, submit orders, onboard direct users, sensitive operations
  • Anything blocked routes you to the exact thing that unblocks it
The settlement lifecycle

One instruction in. A regulator-ready record out.

Follow a single cross-chain ticket through every stage. The policy gate runs before anything is acted on, competition sets the price, and settlement is delivery-versus-payment.

  1. One instruction in

A desk submits one intent: what goes in, what comes out, on whichever chains. No messaging five venues, no chasing quotes by hand.

    One signature
  2. Policy gate first

KYB, sanctions and jurisdiction policy evaluate the request before any quote is acted on. Compliance gates entry, not exit.

    Pre-trade
  3. Sources compete

Every eligible solver and LP answers with a firm, executable quote. Competition sets the level, and there is no last look.

    Firm quotesNo last look
  4. Both sides, or neither

Delivery-versus-payment across chains, in one movement. No principal exposed between legs, no counterparty to trust, and nothing ever held by TetraFi. Multilateral netting is in design - offset the flow, settle only the residual.

    Atomic DvPCross-chain
  5. One shared record

Every step lands in a single hash-chained audit trail shared across the parties to the trade - filterable and exportable, not assembled later.

    Exportable
Self-custodyDelivery versus paymentOne shared audit trail

Three steps to a deployment you own.

One integration, a perimeter you define, and smart contracts that belong to you - on top of a shared settlement network.

  1. 01

    Connect

One key for both APIs, RFQ and Router, with FIX on request. Your own immutable router contracts come with it - we hold no key. Yours to govern, yours to extend from the shared layer.

  2. 02

    Configure

Pick the venues your router may touch and the LPs your requests reach. Set jurisdiction rules, the policy pipeline, and your fee on every quote.

  3. 03

    Go live

Prices stream in around 100 ms and settle delivery-versus-payment. Prove it on testnet, then point the same integration at mainnet.

Everything your flow needs. One modular, composable stack.

The products you put in front of clients, and the systems you run them on - your own deployment, with a shared liquidity and settlement network behind it.

Everything your institution needs. One platform.

Five capability pillars covering the full operational lifecycle of digital asset services, all connected and configurable.

Digital Asset Operations

Full lifecycle management: trading, OTC, cross-chain liquidity, DeFi access, and institutional-grade custody.

Payments & Settlement

Stablecoin and fiat settlement rails. On/off-ramps, cross-border flows, Auto Sweeping, and programmable multi-leg payments.

Wallet Infrastructure

MPC and smart contract wallets. Multi-chain, multi-sig, white-label custody with a programmable policy engine.

Identity & Compliance

Pre-execution Oracle verification. KYC, KYB, Travel Rule automated. Non-custodial encryption. Compliance deterministic, not probabilistic.

Institutional Control

Admin dashboards, RBAC, NodeMonitor real-time chain oversight, immutable audit trails, and regulatory reporting.

Built on a different premise.

Single Integration

One API reaches the whole operational stack. No separate vendors to contract for execution, custody, compliance and settlement.

Own the Deployment

Your own immutable contracts, governed inside your own regulatory perimeter. TetraFi holds no custody key and no upgrade key - it cannot move your funds or alter what you run on.

Modular by Construction

Take the primitives your flows need and assemble them into your own products. Integrated providers across custody, compliance and liquidity - add, swap or replace any of them at any time, with zero lock-in and no rebuild.

Compliance by Design

Checks surround every transaction before it settles, rather than reconstructing the file afterwards. One shared evidence trail behind each fill.

Compose your own TetraFi-powered desk.

Every module is optional. Toggle them across five operational areas to shape the deployment you run.

A decentralised compliance engine. Cryptographically sound.

Compose the checks your licence demands. They run in the Chainlink Runtime Environment, where a decentralised oracle network reaches consensus on the result and anchors it on-chain through Chainlink ACE policy contracts. The credential that comes out is cryptographically sound - so every counterparty can rely on it instead of repeating the work.

What is TetraFi

TetraFi builds settlement rails and modular on-chain primitives for the institutions moving on-chain - neobanks, exchanges, fintechs and asset managers, alongside banks, EMIs, PSPs, VASPs, OTC desks and RWA platforms.

The first product suite delivers liquidity aggregation, firm-quote execution and escrowed atomic cross-chain settlement, with policy enforcement configured per workspace. Two products sit behind one integration: RFQ, for firm escrow-backed quotes from competing desks, and aggregated routing, for best execution across venues, bridges and FX rails - both legs settle, or neither does.

Next come T+0 Vaults, Instant Redemption and a programmable credit layer, bridging the delayed settlement cycles traditional finance runs on with the instant-settlement expectations of the on-chain economy - and Multilateral Netting, which offsets obligations across the network so only the residual ever pays a settlement toll.

Think of it as the regulated settlement layer traditional finance has had for decades, built natively for on-chain assets.
